Marko Montana – The 29 year old Producer/Artist better known as “Montana” or “BigSixx”. Marko Montana was born and raised on Chicago’s South Side, with his mother and older sister in a low income housing building on 63rd & Michigan. In 2003 Marko Montana started making his beats off his mothers old computer on a demo version of FL Studio with a pair of headphones and a dream to make it as a young Producer. Self taught and armed with drive, determination, a strong team and a solid foundation, this project has been a long time in the making. “Moon Walkin” is off his latest #SLUMS Project and the video was shot in California, with more still coming, Montana isn’t stopping until he is the the undisputed champ of HARD WORK and DEDICATION.

Marko Montana has released 2 Mixtapes to date. The first mix tape 100 BANDZ was hosted by Chicago’s own DJ VICTORIOUZ and the second mix tape named DOPE THE MIXTAPE. Montana is currently working on his 3rd Project S.L.U.M.S, an ambitious mix of 100 songs to reintroduce myself to the world at large. So be looking out for more music from this guy!!!
