Ari B is an award-winning 18 year-old performer from Boston, who has been taking the Internet by storm with her sleek hip-hop style, deep expressive vocals, and cinematic dance videos. Often called a “firecracker” on stage, Popstar Magazine and Broadway World describe Ari B as “commanding” and a “new talent.” In 2016, thousands of fans across the globe discovered Ari’s thought-provoking brand of dance-pop through her debut music videos “By The Pool” and “Break The Ice”. Her third music video, “Dance Into The Party”, was directed by Wayne Isham (Michael Jackson, Madonna, Bon Jovi) and choreographed by Chuck Maldonado (Stomp the Yard, Step Up 4). Ari B believes that music “is the conductor of the beating of our hearts”. She started out at age 7 in theatre and dance, training hard throughout her youth. eventually earning a scholarship to the renowned Boston Conservatory at Berklee. For many years, she trained 18-hours per week in a modern-based Boston dance company. She also spent many years in high school studying acting for film, a big passion of Ari B’s, which led her to roles in an ABC Hallmark movie, short films screened at the Cannes Film Festival, PSA’s and regional commercials.
In her early teens, Ari B began writing and developing her own musical style that would combine soul-drenched vocals with eye-catching choreography. After many late nights and early mornings, she brings an unmatched level of intensity, sincerity, and a flair of humor to the pop-dance form. Ari B has brought her high-energy live performances to Boston’s premiere stages, including the House of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, and Patriots Place.
