Our story
Vitalize Records is an independent label founded in 2026 by Stephanie “Steff” Agathis, with distribution via Vydia. The label positions itself around artist-first development, combining A&R, creative direction and marketing strategy with the hands-on approach of a boutique.
The company grew out of Vitalize Projects, Agathis’ management and creative strategy business, and is focused on helping artists build sound, identity, audience and long-term careers rather than chasing short-lived attention.
Leadership
Stephanie “Steff” Agathis — Founder & CEO of Vitalize Records and Vitalize Projects. Agathis was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 for 2026 and is known for artist development, digital strategy and culture-driven marketing.
Current label activity
Vitalize launched in May 2026 with Coleman Rowe as its flagship signee and a distribution partnership with Mia Hayward. Natalie Maguire later joined on a four-single debut EP deal, and Grammy-winning songwriter and producer Derrick Milano signed in September 2026 as he moved into a new solo-artist chapter.
