H. Skywalker: A Genre-Bending Force in Alternative Hip-Hop

Blurring the lines between Hip-Hop, Latin, and Alternative sounds, H. Skywalker is proving himself as one of the most exciting independent artists on the rise. With a staggering one million streams amassed in just six months—and a projected 3.5 million on the horizon—Skywalker’s momentum is undeniable. His latest run of releases showcases an artist unafraid to challenge conventions, carving out his own lane with a sound that is as bold as it is magnetizing.

At the heart of his artistry is The Reason, a track that dropped on February 10, 2023. Infused with his signature mix of raw lyricism and rhythmic innovation, the single is a testament to his ability to craft deeply personal yet universally resonant music. His genre-fusing approach continues with Lost Love 2, an emotionally charged track set to drop on February 14, 2023, complete with a visually stunning music video.

Beyond his solo efforts, Skywalker’s collaborative spirit shines in Down & Out, featuring Kocky Ka. With a mid-March release date and a music video to match, this track is poised to further solidify his position as an artist to watch.

A Guatemalan-born, New Jersey-bred talent, H. Skywalker’s journey is as compelling as his music. From scribbling rhymes in school to independently launching DIB WORLD with his brother J. Gualá, his evolution as an artist has been relentless. Inspired by the lyrical prowess of Biggie Smalls, Big Pun, and Redman, Skywalker blends old-school influence with a forward-thinking sonic vision.

With features in Vents Magazine, Higher Frequency, 24 Hip Hop, and Medium, his name is spreading fast. Whether you’re a fan of alternative rap, Latin-infused melodies, or raw, introspective lyricism, H. Skywalker’s discography offers something uniquely captivating.
