In this story

For New York Fashion Week 2016, BRIELLE released a fourth straight single with a fashion twist: “Rock The Catwalk,” a pop remake of The Clash’s “Rock The Casbah.” In the video, the Rive Video Promotion campaign notes, BRIELLE wears classic looks from the designers named in the song.

From the debut album

The song comes from the self-titled debut album, written with a team the campaign lists as Femdouble, Ken Lewis, Kim Moeller, Andrew Underberg, Pete Ivory and Gian Bravo. An extended club mix was released alongside the video.

Fashion was already part of the story

Before the single, BRIELLE wrote a monthly column for Fashion United, whose first installment in November 2013 was voted the most-read article of the year, and walked runways at New York Couture Fashion Week in September 2014. At 16, six self-written songs were licensed to MTV’s Snooki & JWoww, and “Unstoppable” was nominated at the 12th Independent Music Awards. Director Clifton Bell, who made the “Avalanche” video that debuted on MTV Hits, summed it up in three words: “A STAR IS BORN.”
