Formed in 2020, Chlorine Beach is a genre-bending indie rock powerhouse formed by duo Jay Brandt and Noah Thomas, who’s work has become synonymous with a niche underground community online.

The raw, yet reflective style the duo is best known for had helped them reach tens of thousands of people by mid-2025. From the results of the previous year, in the summer of 2026, the duo took to the streets of New York City where they held a physical ARG-style campaign over a single weekend for their August release, Groove Forward. Post-release the band is now gearing up to head on the road before they go back into the studio for next year.

Their latest album, Groove Forward, which released on August 14th 2026, is an incredibly interesting look into the potential of blending classic indie rock with personal ideas and elements. Sparking curiosity amongst fans online, the albums clean, yet raunchy, introspective, and intense attitude makes this record incredibly unique and modern.

The duo has been featured on hundreds of national independent and college radio stations including WXPN Philadelphia, KEXP Seattle, WMNF Tampa, WIDR Kalamazoo and many more. Setting up plans for 2027, the band is expected to tour cities such as Denver, Oklahoma City, Austin, etc before releasing another studio album around summer time.
