Aurora is a brief electronic improvisation — peaceful, meditative, and atmospheric. Unlike some of my more abstract or intense work, this piece stays close to stillness. It unfolds slowly, more as a color-field or quiet visitation than as a formal composition in the traditional sense. As with my other improvisations, the music emerged in real time, without pre-composition or revision. — Mario Matt
