Synikal started in mid 2003 with guitarist Tom Wheeler, and singer Pete Garcea. The first CD, "Fallen," was released in August 2003. This CD did not feature Frankie, the band’s current drummer but did showcase Synikal as a band. Late August tryouts for a drummer were held with young Frankie Harchut.
