Mad Clown, who captivated our ears and hearts dominating the charts last year by featuring in “Stupid in Love” by SISTAR’s SoYou, is back this spring with his own second mini-album!
The title song “Without You” is going to be a game changer, produced by the sensational, unique rookie director “Bishop” who worked on the Korean version of Disney’s “Frozen” soundtracks. With model Jo Min Ho’s intense acting, expressing the dark side of destructive love, and Mad Clown’s contemplative, sharp analysis of such emotion, this song is bound to make you feel the emptiness that gets left from an exhausting separation.

昨年、韓国を代表するガールズグループ’シスター’のボーカル’ソユ’と一緒にした「優しすぎる」で音源チャートのトップを独走して国内大衆音楽界の目と耳を捕らえたマッドクラウンが二枚目のミニアルバム「慓毒」で、今年の春帰ってくる。
タイトル曲「耐えられそう」は、最近アニメーション「アナと雪の女王」の韓国版OSTを作業して頭角を現わした新人監督’ビショップ’の感覚的でユニークな演出力が引き立つ曲。破壊的な愛の裏面を表現するモデル’チョ・ミンホの強烈な演技と観照的な立場からこれを眺めるマッドクラウンの鋭い視線の中、激しい別れの後に残された寂しさが切実に感じられる。
지난 해 국민 걸그룹 ‘씨스타’의 보컬 소유와 함께한 ‘착해 빠졌어’로 음원차트 정상을 독주하며 국내 대중 음악계의 눈과 귀를 사로잡은 매드 클라운이 자신의 두 번째 미니앨범 ‘표독’으로 올 봄 대중에게 돌아온다.
타이틀곡 ‘견딜만해’는 최근 애니메이션 ‘겨울왕국’ 한국판 OST을 작업하며 두각을 드러낸 신인감독 ‘비숍’의 감각적이고 유니크한 연출력으로 다시 한번 승부수를 던진다. 파괴적인 사랑의 이면을 표현하는 모델 조민호의 강렬한 연기와 관조적 입장에서 이를 바라보는 매드 클라운의 날카로운 시선속 치열한 이별후에 남겨진 허전함이 절절히 느껴진다.
