Martone’s campaign announced a worldwide March 13, 2026 release for We Loved Each Other Through It, following an earlier Apple Music and iTunes window. Written with Michael Williams II, the single uses Afrohouse as the framework for a story of enduring connection. The press materials link its themes to generational resilience, ancestral love and unity across distance and hardship. Percussion and vocal arrangements are described as central to the song’s design. The release places emotional storytelling within Martone’s continuing dance-music work.

Martone is a Lansing, Michigan-born house music artist whose work connects dance music with personal storytelling. His recording collaborators include Michael E. Williams II and Marvin “DJ Extreme Detroit” Hairston. He is also an author, with a debut book titled Deep & Raw: The Erotica of Martone. His March 2026 campaign introduced the Afrohouse single We Loved Each Other Through It, co-written with Michael Williams II, as a song about love, resilience and connection across generations.
