So i started writing about everything came to mind and what i saw growing up . I started reading about the industry so i can learn all about this business.

Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?

Swayze: I didn’t come up with my name friends around the neighborhood use to call me Swayze because of the way i use to spit the use to say I’m smooth like Patrick Swayze so the name stuck.

Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?

Swayze: I think online music sharing is one of the best tools for artist it allows us to reach areas we wouldn’t normally be able too. And I do give music away for free this is a strong promotional tool to gain listeners. Wouldn’t you want to listen to a independent artist before you decided to buy from them?

Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?

Swayze: My best advised to bands and artist is to focus on promotion the more buzz you create the better . Your goal is to gain as many fans as you can get so the gigs and radio stations have a reason to work with you .If you not making any noise why would they choose you ?

Exposed Vocals: Do you ever make mistakes during performances? How do you handle that?

Swayze: Everyone makes mistakes. The best thing to do is not dwell on it and keep the show going. Nothing stops the show .

Swayze: I feel social media and just meeting random people like in a mall or on the street works best .I get to comunicate with potential fans on a more personal level rather then just posting ads and flyers all the  time. it’s always better to communicate with fans directly thats why i answer all messages. I receive it may take me a while because i get alot but i do get to them .
