Choose your route
One destination. Six clear ways forward.
Do not send the same request to multiple EV addresses. Start with the closest match below so your music, order or question reaches the right workflow.
- 01
Publish a music video
Put your video live on EV.
Already have an official music video on YouTube? Publish it to Exposed Vocals for free without emailing the file or waiting for editorial selection.
What happens:
- Sign in or create an EV account.
- Paste the YouTube link.
- Add the artist, song, genre and release details.
- Submit the video for immediate publication, subject to EV’s rules and post-publication moderation.
Your video remains hosted on YouTube. EV creates another place for it to be discovered and connected to your professional presence.
Do not email raw video files. This publishing route is currently for YouTube links.
- 02
Get coverage or build your artist story
Turn your music into a professional public asset.
Choose an EV service when you want a defined piece of work—not simply consideration. Available services may include music reviews, album reviews, interviews, artist biographies, video premieres, release support and promotional campaigns.
Each product page explains what is included, what materials EV needs and what happens after purchase.
Payment covers the work and deliverables described with the service. It never buys guaranteed praise, EV Verified status, chart movement, matching priority, streams, followers, playlist placement or industry success.
- 03
Pitch EV editorial
Bring us a story worth hearing.
Have a compelling independent release, artist story, industry perspective or interview idea? Send one complete, focused pitch for editorial consideration.
Include:
- Artist or project name.
- A direct streaming or listening link.
- A concise biography.
- Release date and essential credits.
- A clear story angle—why this matters now.
- High-resolution press-image links.
- Official website and social links.
- Your name, role and relationship to the artist.
Email: [email protected]
Recommended subject: Editorial Pitch — Artist Name — Release or StoryEditorial pitches are reviewed on a rolling basis. Sending a pitch does not guarantee a reply, acceptance, publication date, format or placement. If the story fits an upcoming editorial opening, EV will reach out.
One strong email is more useful than repeated follow-ups or a bulk press blast.
- 04
Agency, label or management
Bring the roster. Keep the work organized.
EV’s Agency Press Desk is built for publicists, labels, managers and agencies handling multiple artists, releases or campaigns.
Use this route to:
- Explore Press Desk plans and editorial capacity.
- Discuss recurring coverage across a roster.
- Organize artist materials and campaign requests.
- Ask about a current agency account or subscription.
- Discuss a larger or custom editorial relationship.

Recommended subject: Agency Press Desk — Company NameA plan provides only the capacity and deliverables described at purchase. It does not guarantee praise or make every submission eligible for publication.

Account, order or technical support
Something is not working? Give us enough to find it.
Use EV Support for:
- Sign-in, email-confirmation or password-reset problems.
- Profile, video-publishing or dashboard errors.
- Broken links or unexpected page behavior.
- Order status, billing or subscription questions.
- Missing purchases, receipts or account entitlements.
- Incorrect artist, profile or account information.

Recommended subject: EV Support — Short DescriptionInclude:
- Your name.

- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead.
- A screenshot, when it helps explain the problem.
- The order number for a billing or service request.
Never send your password, complete card number, bank credentials, authentication code, private key or other security information. EV does not need those details to help you.

Rights, safety and privacy
Some requests need a specific process.
Use the routes below so EV can handle the issue correctly and preserve the information needed for review.
Copyright and DMCA
Report alleged copyright infringement or submit a counter-notification through EV’s DMCA process. A complete notice must identify the protected work, the exact EV material at issue, your contact information and the legally required statements.
Read the DMCA & Copyright PolicyDo not use the DMCA route for billing, criticism, trademark, privacy or general editorial disagreements.
Privacy requests
Request access, correction or deletion of qualifying personal information, or ask a question about EV’s data practices.
Email: [email protected]
Read the Privacy Policy
Subject: Privacy Request — Access, Correction or DeletionDo not send unnecessary identity documents in the first message. EV will explain any proportionate verification it needs.
Safety, abuse and impersonation
Report harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, fraudulent opportunities, exposed private information or another urgent platform-safety concern.
Email: [email protected]
Subject: Safety Report — Account or PageInclude the exact profile, post or page address; what happened; when it happened; and relevant screenshots. Do not put yourself at risk to collect additional evidence. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Terms and platform rules
Review the rules governing accounts, profiles, content, purchases, subscriptions, charts, verification, moderation and professional matching.
Read the Terms of Service
Send a routed request
Tell us what you need—not your whole life story.
Choose a category and give EV the details needed to act. The category should route your message to the appropriate workflow.
You are asking EV to review a contact request for The Vics. We can forward it only when we have an appropriate way to reach the artist; a direct reply is not guaranteed.
Before you send
Four things that help EV help you.
- 01
Use the account email
For account, order and privacy requests, contact EV from the email connected to the relevant account whenever possible.
- 02
Send the exact address
“The page is broken” is difficult to trace. Include the full EV address and, if a button sent you somewhere unexpected, include the destination address too.
- 03
Include identifiers, not secrets
An order number, profile address or video link helps. Your password, complete card number or authentication code does not.
- 04
Keep one request in one thread
Reply to the same email or reference number rather than starting multiple threads. That keeps the history together and reduces delays.
Human review, clear priorities.
EV works through requests according to their nature and urgency:
- Security, safety and legal notices receive priority review.
- Account, order and technical issues are reviewed with the records needed to diagnose them.
- Editorial pitches are considered on a rolling schedule and may not receive an individual response.
- Partnership and agency requests receive a reply when there is a clear potential fit.
EV does not promise an exact response time on this page. Complete information usually makes a request easier to resolve. Repeated follow-ups, duplicate forms and messages sent to several addresses can slow review.
