New Lawsuit Alleges Sean “Diddy” Combs and Two Others Raped 17-Year-Old in 2003
Another woman has come forward with serious allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs. On December 6, 2023, a new civil lawsuit was filed in New York by a woman identified only as Jane Doe, claiming that Combs and two unidentified men raped her in 2003 when she was 17 years old.
The lawsuit, filed under the Adult Survivors Act — which temporarily suspended the statute of limitations for adult survivors of sexual assault in New York — alleges that the assault took place after Jane Doe attended a concert in New York City. According to the court filing, she was invited by Combs to an afterparty where she was allegedly given alcohol despite being underage, and later brought to a hotel where the assault occurred.
Jane Doe asserts that she was sexually assaulted by Combs and two other men, and that she was later threatened into silence. The complaint describes the incident as “brutal and traumatizing,” and claims that Combs used his wealth, fame, and security team to prevent her from escaping or speaking out.
The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages and also alleges a broader culture of protection around Combs that enabled the behavior. Combs has not publicly responded to this specific filing as of the time of publication. However, his legal team has previously denied all allegations brought against him in other lawsuits, calling them “baseless” and “meritless.”
This is now the fourth civil lawsuit filed against Combs in less than a month. Earlier lawsuits — including one from singer Cassie Ventura — contain similarly grave allegations, including rape, abuse, and trafficking. Combs settled the lawsuit with Ventura one day after it was filed on November 16, with the terms remaining confidential.
Legal analysts note that while Combs has not been criminally charged in any of the cases, the mounting civil litigation could prompt further investigation.
