Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?

PASKO: I was born and raised in Rome, Italy, and I lived two years in Germany and for several years in London, where I had a great time.

London is an amazing city, you can find any kind of music and artists anywhere.

I wrote my first songs as a kid, I then had many years of emptiness and suddenly was rekindled inspiration, spontaneously ….

It’s my way of expressing myself, melancholy with “melodic pop” and conversely the “Electro” as a vital energy .

Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?

PASKO: It’s so simple….my surname is Pascolat, so when I had to decide my artistic name, in a second I thought PASKO..

Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?

PASKO: Yes I did….I think that Music is made to be shared, usually I offer my music free in some special event like new year party,

but of course selling music is part of life for an artist, and when people is spending money for listening your music it seems you have had a good job

Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?

PASKO: It’s my opinion to believe in what you’re doing, always trying to improve, and do not be afraid about comments of people, be yourself and don’t try to imitate

others…and turn to professionals for chance to do concerts..

Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?

PASKO: there is not a place or a particular time … it can happen while I’m doing other things, but always late evening or in the night, when the world outside is sleeping..

At home I have a small recording studio, if Inspiration comes when I’m at home I immediately go there, otherwise I use my mobile or tablet to record the main theme..

I wrote some songs in the airplane or in some airport, where I had to wait hours for a transit flight…

Exposed Vocals: Do you have a band website? What online platforms do you use to share your music?

PASKO: Yes, www.pasko.it  I use iTunes, Soundcloud, Spotify, Youtube, and Facebook of course…

Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?

PASKO: very nice question…I’m sure traveling…I traveled a lot in my life, but it is never enough…I think there would still be a lot of more inspiration…

Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?

PASKO: Internet is a good way to promote own music, there are a lot of possibilities but is not always easy to find a good promoter,

I think you should do one of them, isn’t it?

Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?

PASKO: Yeah…I’m working in some different projects this year…a new CD with Electronic music, another CD with both Pop & Electro, it’s a musical proud

experiment…In this project I will have the pleasure to work with great artists

Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?

PASKO: Help other artists to make and promote their music…

Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?

PASKO: Well, the days should be made of 48 hours…I’m doing a lot of things every day, but the music has a particular time reserved every day,

a lot of evenings and nights…

Exposed Vocals: What should fans look forward to in 2016?

PASKO: More new music, new concerts, new collaborations, my will to share as more is possible my music with them,

maintaining my particular musical identity …
