Alexander Samoilenko (Samoilenko Alexandr, born on 10 January 1997 Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan), referred to as Sam Alex – Kazakhstan-style house DJ and music producer.
At 16, he became interested in writing music. It all started with a simple bit of writing for the Hip-Hop.

In 2015 Sam Alex released his first tracks. Transiency, Vision, Cool Live, Galactic, Sideswipe
The breakthrough for him in his experience, it was the remix of the famous song Zedd ft. Foxes – Clarity.
Since 2015 Sam Alex begins to work on Radio Record Togliatti, where he begins to gain his first experience in writing electronic music.
In May 2015, he was sent on the day of the city of St. Petersburg and is involved with a friend in a small festival of electronic music.
In June 2015 he returned to the city of Togliatti and still lives at home. Where he continues to write his tracks.
Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
Sam Alex: Well, I’ll start with the fact that I grew up in the small town of Petropavlovsk, in the east of Kazakhstan and the country you live for the moment now also here. Life here is plain and quiet.
I became an artist at all without thinking about it, at some point, I became interested in electronic music and listened to a lot of western artists such as (Hardwell, Avicii, R3HAB, Showtek) later I came across a young artist Martin Garrix and they carried away very much. After the video I downloaded the software to write music and began to study it closely.
Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?
Sam Alex: Such a name I just came, my name is Alexander Samoilenko. I just took himself out of the families, and of the name of Alex.
Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?
Sam Alex: Yes, I often use free origins, because I’m still not so well known, that would use bitport or something like that. So you have to download the tracks for free.
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
Sam Alex: Councils have little, just go to your goal and write music, and you notice anyone else.
Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?
Sam Alex: Home, everything goes home. Sometimes, of course, I spend my time on other studios, but it is very rare. The usual process of writing, it’s a laptop and headphones. That’s enough for me.

Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?
Sam Alex: A lot of things you can do with that kind of money in the bargain this time. I would have spent it on themselves and their loved ones, there is nothing more to say.
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
Sam Alex: Nothing, alas, it is difficult to break and there is no way to promote themselves for free.
Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
Sam Alex: Writing music and please their fans. Maybe kaki- some small concerts and something like that.
Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
Sam Alex: I’ve never asked myself this question honestly. I guess I would be sitting at home on the couch and watching TV.
Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?
Sam Alex: All the time, I spend more time music. The rest can wait.

Sam Alex: I can not say he has not yet decided.
