Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
I grew up in Mobile, a small city in the lower part of Alabama.What made me decide to become an artist was the love I have for music, how a song can change a person’s emotions and feelings.
Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?
Because I’m light skin, every since I was small everybody called me Red. To be the best artist in the industry and have my name (Red Boi) HOLD WEIGHT
Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?
I think online music sharing is a great way to have your music broadcasted around the world. Yes i do. Because i’m trying to make my brand build and one of the best ways is to give the music to the people and the next time they will buy it.
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
Stay humble, stay consistent, stay networking, and make sure you keep practicing your craft each and every day.
Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?
I gather it from myself . i don’t have anybody that really makes me. I make my own inspiration. I listen to the beat, get in my zone and really go off of my feelings, I might talk about something that happen 5 mins ago or 5 years ago.

Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?
I would invest it in my music, Promo, videos, and marketing. I would focus on making that half million work for me and double it, maybe even triple it.
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
I network with people. I reach out and people reach out to me and we work together as a team.
Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
I have my album coming out early May the (Compilation). Other than that i’m working with many producers starting projects with them getting different sounds.
Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
Probably selling dope or locked up in jail. Music is my passion and its my outlet and its a good vent for me.
Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?
One step at a time. I just do it . I don’t think about it i just work! work! work!

The best Album that a fan could ask for, along with constant singles and mixtapes.
