Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
Nababan: the beginning of my music grow and develop in the area of Depok Indonesia even though my house in the area of Bogor but my music is more widely spread da there ( DEPOK ) , probably because the genre of rap music lovers and ragga a lot more there than in regions BOGOR

Nababan: Nababan name is taken from the Arabic language that is
NA : WE
Baban : DOOR
and Nababan name can be interpreted to be ” Our Doors “
then why use the word we when Nababan is a musician SOLO , so actually although I was a solo musician but behind it all there is my friends who helped me in making a work or a song , such as Ubayti , RVD , and there is also a community DHHC ( Depok Hip Hop Clan ) and others
my inspiration from the name Nababan is that I will not be able to succeed and flourish without the help of friends , and I am sure everyone in this world no one can live without the help of others , is not it ??
Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?

Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?
Nababan: I usually collect or store the songs in a special folder my inspiration in my phone and every bedtime I would listen to the song tracks .
in writing or making of a song I usually make the track after an incident on my heart , and after the coming of the incident then I would get inspired and write my lyrics in a book or paper , then I would match with his music , after the match I asked opinions to friends and people who know more about the music challenge , because my song will be heard by many people , and therefore I ask friend’s opinion , there may be music or lyrics that are less fit , I’ll fix it .
