Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?

was born in kaduna state Nigeria 1993,and grow up here and It was wonderful to go to school here in this beautiful nature. It was not my decision to start singing,am one of Nigeria best dance,so i was just thinking ,if i should join my dance with music it will take me far and apart from that i love music.

Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?

 

JOELIN has two parts: JOE,is from my name joseph, and LIN,is from my mom  name ,and that helin . .

Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?

 

Online music sharing is great. More peeps that know me. Yes I give my music away for free. My music is here for good vibes and I love to inspire people with my music. Music is the best medicine and fantastic for good feelings

Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?

Believe in your self and have self confidence. Be nice with everyone! It needs time to have airplays and ‘good gigs’… And every gig is a good gig and a great experience for the own way as an artis

 

Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?

 

The nature is a good partner for a new inspiration… The inspiration comes when I make music. When i have an idea, it’s always the same: It happens when I play music. I don’t have special processes

wow , i helping people and my friends. so i will use it to help people in need ,and some for myself….lol…

It’s difficult but possible! Everything must have a place in the life and it’s easier for me: I have my studio close to my house

I work outside in other studios too… But most of my time the one close to my house

New songs and going on tour.
