Exposed Vocals: How did you hear about Exposed Vocals? What made you decide to sign up?
Incredible Beatkilla: I didn’t know who exposed vocals was till I did my research on them. I decided to sign up when exposed vocals messaged me on twitter saying they would like to interview me.
Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
Incredible Beatkilla: I was a normal little boy growing up in florida that just wanted to play and eat. I grew up in Miami florida, dade county in a family that didn’t play and always wanted me and my brothers to do something when we grow up. I moved to miramar, Broward county at the age of 6 when I met a couple of dudes that like to rap. At first I played round with trying to rap till people still said i suck and that I shouldn’t play like that. I always use to hate when people said that I couldn’t do something so by the age of 7 I knew what I wanted to do and that was rap. through all of the years people have always said I wasn’t good so i kept on trying to get better and learn and said thats what I wanna do is be a rapper and I had made my mind up from there.
Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?
Incredible Beatkilla: I came up with incredible when I was freestyling with my homeboy and i said a punchline with the word incredible in it. Beatkilla I came up with in a song i did when I first started recording and put it as my a.k.a which my name was incredible a.k.a beatkilla but a friend said why wont you just make that your name. Just say incredible beatkilla
Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?
Incredible Beatkilla: I think online music sharing is great for people who want they music heard, heard cause everyone is online now and everyone is using some type of technology to get online. I give all my music away for free because I want people to give me a chance and let me show the world what i can do so soon when I get a deal I can start making money eventually doing what I love and thats music.
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
Incredible Beatkilla: Just keep grinding and keep putting yourself out there rather you somebody or not cause someone is watching rather you know it or not.
Exposed Vocals: Do you ever make mistakes during performances? How do you handle that?
Incredible Beatkilla: Sometimes but rarely cause i learn my music fast unless i freestyled it. If I make a mistake i just work with the crowd while the music playing and get back to the words I know on my song.
Exposed Vocals: Do you tour? Anything interesting happen on tour that you think our readers would enjoy hearing about?
Incredible Beatkilla: I haven’t toured no where yet but hopefully in the future I would love to do that.
Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?
Incredible Beatkilla: I use to get my song writing inspiration from lil wayne, 50 cent, nelly, and eminem but only cause as a kid they were my favorite rappers. My song writing process I do now is just listen to a beat, freestyle over it and write it the way i would if I freestyled.
Exposed Vocals: Do you have a band website? What online platforms do you use to share your music?
Incredible Beatkilla: I do not really have a band website cause i’m terrible with pages like that but I use youtube, soundcloud, and facebook to show off my music. You can check those out at Incredible Beatkilla & https://

Exposed Vocals: What are some really embarrassing songs that we might find on your mp3 player?
Incredible Beatkilla: Just old songs I did when i was younger that I thought was the best thing out but was bad quality and not even mastered.
Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?
Incredible Beatkilla: I would invest 100 thousand in something and the i would just use through that while I try to get somewhere with this music. i really would spend on to much but i would buy a car thats descent but not to expensive.
Exposed Vocals: Any planned studio upgrades? What are you working with now?
Incredible Beatkilla: When I get to where im trying to get I would make my studio bigger for sure. Right now i’m just working with a small interface, my mic with a jacket over it and my laptop.
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
Incredible Beatkilla: I go to twitter and Soundcloud to promote my music the best I can cause when I try youtube it is hard.
Exposed Vocals: If you could perform anywhere and with any artists (Dead or Alive) where and who would it be with? Why?
Incredible Beatkilla: I would want to perform in Atlanta with drake because drake right now is my favorite rapper and I always liked Atlanta and want to live there for a long time.
Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
Incredible Beatkilla: I got plenty mixtape’s coming out with the rapper i make music with named Ejayy. We got Im Sick mixtape, Here I Shine mixtape and i got Final Destination 2 dropping soon to. Also my album Just Getting Started i’m working on.
Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
Incredible Beatkilla: I would be working at home depot and taking care of my girl/
Exposed Vocals: Do you remember buying your first album? Who was it? What was going through your head?
Incredible Beatkilla: Yes and my first album I ever bought was the Carter 2 by Lil Wayne. i just loved his music back then after I heard the Carter 1 and I had to get the Carter 2.
Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?
Incredible Beatkilla: I just know when i’m alone I work on music but when i’m with my family I take care of them and spend time with them.
Exposed Vocals: What should fans look forward to in 2016?
Incredible Beatkilla: A new artist by the name Incredible Beatkilla and just know i’m next to be on top.
