Exposed Vocals Interviews HABITS
Exposed Vocals: How did you hear about Exposed Vocals? What made you decide to sign up?
HABITS: ”Honestly I do a lot of publication for my own music. I record and write all my songs so I spend allot of time on social media trying to get it out there and lucky enough for me Exsposed Vocals reached out to me”.
Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
HABITS: ”That is a really tough question I can tell you why.
With my father being in the army all my life I ended up moving around a lot as a kid
I have lived In places like Germany, cyprus, and everywhere up and down the u.k.
Music wise I think it was always in my blood. I learned to play the guitar at a very young age then I went on to the piano and then singing. For me being an artist is something I will always want to do that passion will never grow old” .
Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?
HABITS: ‘The name I’ve taken on stands for honour and beauty inside the soul
but I guess its more focused towards what it actually spells and writing and recording music is one of my habits and hopefully my music can become a habit for someone else”.
Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?
HABITS: ”At the moment I cover songs as money is always a tight thing for me so legally I cant sell them on as my own but being short of money has always lead me to be very generous and I think even if my music career worked out I would always give back to the community and help others in need. As far as online sharing goes I think its a great way to connect with fans and get a true feel of what people are in to
and its something that hasn’t been around for long so it is a great help for todays artists”.
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
HABITS: I would say always stay true to yourself dont be scared to make mistakes
