Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?

 

DJ XenontiX:  I grew up in Hyderabad, India! I have once listened to Martin Garrix’s  “Animals”….and I wanted to make those kind of Tracks, then I actually thought of pursuing Music!

 

Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?

 

DJ XenontiX:  :  I always wanted a name which was unique i mean which no  else had it before because it makes people  more easy to look at my stuff !

 

Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?

 

DJ XenontiX: I personally think that it is the best platform for any artist to come up with! It is affective way to promote ! U can get real support if  you give your best! I like the idea of sharing music for free because people will love listening to it for free! And in the end it helps both  parties!(artist and listeners).

 

Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?

DJ XenontiX: The one and only tip I can give us don’t give up! Even I was worried when I was promoting myself but soon or later you will succeed!

 

Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?

 

DJ XenontiX: I get inspired by different types of songs! I usually startoff  with some good melody which comes in my mind and put it on piano then I go from there!

Exposed Vocals: Do you have a band website? What online platforms do you use to share your music?

 

DJ XenontiX: yup! I do have a website (www.djxenontix.com) … I publish my tracks on soundcloud and my website!

Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?

 

DJ XenontiX: I would  surely buy the best equipment and give live shows to promote myself!

Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?

 

DJ XenontiX: I usually put my tracks on soundcloud and my website! And I tweet about my track and share my music on social media!

Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?

 

DJ XenontiX: I have few  collaborations with other upcoming artists and also releasing my  own tracks in next few months !

Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?

 

DJ XenontiX: I probably would have got in studies !

Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?

 

DJ XenontiX: Its pretty hard to balance everything but once you are habituated of making music it becomes easier!

Exposed Vocals: What should fans look forward to in 2016?

 

DJ XenontiX: Bunch of New Music and maybe shows too !
