Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?

D-Art of Punch: I grew up in a family that loves art, especially the art of music.

Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?

D-Art of Punch: I came up with the name because “D” is the first letter of my name, and “art” are things that I love, and “punch” is part of a kick that made the kick into sounds much louder than kick on another song genre.

Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?

D-Art of Punch: Online music sharing is very good in my opinion, because it is very helpful in terms of disseminating the project, and the project that I was working on. but I had never given my track for free, because so far only one project that I managed to do until the preview stage. I really wanted to do that, in addition to make it easier for other people to get my music, charity is also a very good thing to do.

Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?

D-Art of Punch: I’m new with this. It should be me the one who need the tips for better producing.

Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?

D-Art of Punch: I usually get inspired in the toilet, or while relaxing in the shop accompanied by a cup of coffee. Usually begins hear any noise at random who instantly inspires, and then I implemented in the project that I was working, if successful I proceed, but if the plugins I use is not sufficient, then with a heavy heart I stop and look for new inspiration.

Exposed Vocals: Do you have a band website? What online platforms do you use to share your music?

D-Art of Punch: I do not have a website, but I’m using SoundCloud to upload my project that until now only one project that I uploaded.

Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?

D-Art of Punch: The first I’ll give part for my parents, and partly I use to make a studio, charity, and the rest I save.

Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?

Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?

D-Art of Punch: Henceforth, the plan I’ll do mash-ups, and continue the unfinished project.

Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?

D-Art of Punch: If I do not make music, I’m going to open a business or work as private employees or the photographer.

Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?

D-Art of Punch: I will do the best with a good way for good results.

Exposed Vocals: What should fans look forward to in 2016?

D-Art of Punch:I hope my music can be heard around the globe, especially in Indonesia.
