:I’m a young Baltimore rapper that has unlimited potential I’m just waiting to get signed to show the world with hard work you can make it. I started rapping after hearing my older brothers and fabolous they’re my inspiration. Also Asap Rocky is a main contributor of how my music sounds Im a huge fan of his of work.I chose the name iambition after saying to myself it’s my ambition and i want to do it so i said iambition and i stuck with it. I also can freestyle as well I’ll take any chance I can get to freestyle. Music is a big thing to me this isn’t a hobby this is a career
Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
I grew up in Baltimore,Maryland for 15 years and grew up 3 years in Louisville, Kentucky. I’ve been interested in music ever since I was born my older brother were rappers so I grew up listening,learning, and watching them. I decided to become a artist because my music is my passion an a dream that I want to pursue and go farther. Also I was influenced to become a artist after listening to Fabolous I’m a huge fan of his work.
Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?
I came up with the name Iambition after hearing Wale’s song “Ambition” featuring Meek Mill and Rick Ross and I said to myself this is my ambition to make it in the industry so I put an “I” in front of ambition that’s how I came up with my name.
Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?
I think it’s a dope way for artists to expand their brand and show off their talent. I always give my music away for free because music is a universal and free art so it should be spread freely to everyone especially to my genre of people who listen to hip hop and rap.
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
My tip is always push music out because fans love to hear what you can bring to the table and what can offer. They always want you to be on your “A” game.
Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?
I gathering my songwriting inspiration from listening to artists that give me a vibe of what kind of song I want to do. I get songwriting from listening to Guillotine Garvez, Fabolous, Asap Rocky, Max B, and French Montana. The usual songwriting process is listening to my own music and wanting to do better so I try to put better material than I did the first go around. I’m always striving for perfection.

Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?
I would use my money only on essential things that I need. Then I would buy a house and a car; also get a home studio put into my basement. After that with all my free time I’d go traveling the world and seeing sights.
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
I promote all of my music on social media to get it spread to all of my fans and future fans.What works for me promoting my music would be instagram, and twitter. For the fact being I have a good fan base that’s building constantly.
Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
The next thing for me is to keep pushing and putting out music so I can eventually be a record label signed artist. I have a mixtape coming out called “The Blaze Vol.1” it’s going to be a dope mixtape filled with great features, and dope lyrics that everyone can vibe too. It’ll be good for ‘turnin up’ and chill mellow vibes.
Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
I’d be behind the scenes either writing music or being a audio engineering producing music because music is a passion that’ll never go away it has my heart.
Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?
Music is a main responsibility for me some do it as a hobby,but for me it’s a career that I can see myself doing this the rest of my life even when I’m old with gray hair. So the other responsibilities matter I juggle them the same as music I give everything a time frame that everything needs to be done

Fans should looking forward to more great music to come that’ll appeal to them and also get them to tell more people so this wave can grow and spread
