Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?

Mge Funnyboi: I grew up in Avoyelles  Parish Louisiana. I decided to become Artist  just because  i liek to entertain  people and my friends pushed me to do it.

Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?

Mge Funnyboi: The Mge stands For Money Gang Ent. I came up with funnyboi because of my personality I’m  just really goofy and funny so the name stuck

Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?

Mge Funnyboi: Its a good way to get an  Artist name out there and yes i do give music away free cause its not really about the money with me

Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?

Mge Funnyboi: My tip is to go by the Three P’s Promote, Push And stay Positive

Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?

Mge Funnyboi: Well i don’t  really write that much most of my songs are freestyles. But when i do i use life experiences and events.

Exposed Vocals: Do you have a band website? What online platforms do you use to share your music?

Mge Funnyboi: Yes i do have a group Its called Money Gang Ent. We use soundcloud, spinrilla,mymixtapes, and youtube

Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?

Mge Funnyboi: I’d invest it in a studio cause I know how to record. I’d  also invest in promoting  my music along with my groups music. But I’d  also buy  a house that the whole group could live in so we could get work done.

Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?

Mge Funnyboi:Social media is the number one promotion site available. So i promote constantly  on Facebook Instagram and Twitter

Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?

Mge Funnyboi: I’m currently working on my first mixtape  Funnyboi the Takeover Dropping this summer it’s  all about the struggle of where I’m from

Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?

Mge Funnyboi:I’d  prolly be in colllege for engineering or something like tht

Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?

Mge Funnyboi: I put my priorities first you know i gotta have my bills paid n everything i need done first but once thats doen ican spend all the time and money i want in the studio

Exposed Vocals: What should fans look forward to in 2016?

Mge Funnyboi:Tbh All of Money Gang got  something droppping this year and it’s  all some fire. But i should be dropping a mixtape and my first music video this year. There’s allot of part in olace for a takeoff this year.
