Exposed Vocals: How did you hear about Exposed Vocals? What made you decide to sign up?

Juju: Y’all contacted me on twitter and said i had an interview with y’all company.

Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?

Juju: I am from Dallas Tx , and the reason I be came an artist is be cause I grew up listening to my uncle rap and watching him rap inspired me to walk in his foot steps and god gave me the gift to rap so I thank him most of all.

Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?

Juju: the name Juju came about when I was young that was a name my aunt called me and It stuck with me every since and no one had it ,but the inspiration behind was to be the person everyone looked up to in the music industry with that name.

Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?

Juju: I think online music sharing is a good thing helps you get your music out there and yes I give my music away for free because it helps build your fan base.

Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?

Juju: The tips I have for them is to put their music out everywhere on the internet and keep focus on your work and never give up.

Exposed Vocals: Do you ever make mistakes during performances? How do you handle that?

Juju: I haven’t had chance to perform but when you perform don’t let the mistakes stop you from having a good outcome when performing.

Exposed Vocals: Do you tour? Anything interesting happen on tour that you think our readers would enjoy hearing about?

Juju: I haven’t went touring yet hopefully soon I will do a tour, I got new music and videos coming soon featuring my brothers stay tuned and we’re taking over 2016 so be ready

Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?

Juju: I usually gather songwriting inspiration by listening to other artists such as Lil Durk or Young Pappy and my usual songwriting process is listening to the instrumental over and over and rap to myself inside my head.

Exposed Vocals: Do you have a band website? What online platforms do you use to share your music?

Juju:I don’t have a band website but the platform I us to share my music is reverberation its helps me build my fan base.

Exposed Vocals: What are some really embarrassing songs that we might find on your mp3 player?

Juju: I don’t really have any embarrassing songs on My mp3 player.

Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?

Juju: if I was given a half a million dollars and a year off I would put some of the money up and use the rest for studio equipment and continue to write more songs.

Exposed Vocals: Any planned studio upgrades? What are you working with now?

Juju: My brother Shyke have his own mini lil studio at home we use a computer spekers and a mic we shall soon upgrade to a better place for the studio and what I am working with now is a new song called “Watchu know” featuring my brothers Rayray, Jamil and Shyke.

Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?

Juju: I Promote my music on the internet it helps get the music out and get famous.

Exposed Vocals: If you could perform anywhere and with any artists (Dead or Alive) where and who would it be with? Why?

Juju: The artist I would perform with is Young Pappy in Dallas and because this my hometown and everybody likes his music and he is my favorite artist.

Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?

Juju: I’m finna start working on an mixtape with my brothers dats about it just stay tuned and ready.

Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?

Juju: if I weren’t making music I would be boxing or playing basketball because them are my favorite sports that I am very good at.

Exposed Vocals: Do you remember buying your first album? Who was it? What was going through your head?

Juju: I don’t remember I got a lot of albums I liked.

Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?

Juju: Stay focused and pray to god because without him I wouldn’t be where I am today and stay around positive people.

Exposed Vocals: What should fans look forward to in 2016?

Juju : 2016 is the year I’m coming to the top and they should look forward to an album,new songs, radio play,record deal, and being on tv.
