In an announcement sent to Exposed Vocals on May 14, 2026, MTS Management Group presented Billy Ray Rock’s I’m Happy. Written, produced and performed by Billy Ray Rock, the R&B single celebrates everyday wins and a moment when life seems to be going well. Freddie J contributes the saxophone solo.

The submitted account joins modern R&B production with an older feel-good approach and a repeatable central hook. Small victories, a positive mindset and ordinary pleasures supply the subject, rather than a large dramatic narrative. This is a distinct campaign from This the Town I’m From, which later turned toward the artist’s Fresno background.

The campaign announced May 15, 2026 as the release date.
