My Tears Grew Roses is a celebration of the profound beauty and self-awareness that comes from pain. It began as a statement of hope at a time when it felt like my life was utterly falling apart, and now it is such a beautiful reminder of the knowledge and peace that emerges from life’s chaos. I have been on such an adventure with Tears from performing at Royal Albert Hall and all across arenas in Europe to winning the Hollywood Independent Music Award for Best Pop/Rock Song, and the journey is just beginning.
