Electronic Race, also known as E-Race, was formed in Taft, California, and quickly built a strong fan base in Central and Southern California with its blend of Nu Metal and Metal Core, E-Race had already made its mark on local airwaves and shared the stage with artists like 30 Seconds To Mars, Static-X, and Soulfly. Their performances at legendary venues like The Roxy and Whiskey A Go Go solidified their reputation in the underground music scene.
In addition to their impressive live performances, E-Race collaborated and recorded with notable artists such as Dino Cazeres from Fear Factory, Roman Marisak from Professional Murder Music And Jason Miller from gODHEAD. They also appeared in the underground horror film “Goth” and on the song “Forever in our heart” alongside members of bands like Papa Roach, POD, Chevelle and A Perfect Circle. Their influence and contributions to Bakersfield’s underground music scene have made them anonymous leaders of that scene.
