Sony Music veteran Carmine Coppola promoted to Chief Financial Officer
Carmine Coppola has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Sony Music Entertainment.
Based in New York, he will report to Kevin Kelleher, Sony Music’s Chief Operating Officer.
As EVP & CFO, Coppola will be responsible for managing Sony Music’s worldwide financial operations, as well as its information technology group.
The exec effectively replaces Kelleher as the major’s CFO. Kelleher stepped up to COO earlier this month – working under new Sony Music CEO Rob Stringer.
Coppola, who has been with Sony Music for 25 years, is being promoted from his current role of Global Controller and EVP, Global Finance, Sony Music Entertainment. (MBW)
