Abigail Fierce: The Indie Artist Breaking All the Rules | Downtown Music
Abigail Fierce is an independent artist making an impact on her own terms. With over 5.5 million streams, she has built a dedicated following through authentic storytelling and a diverse musical catalog—ranging from the introspective folk ballad “I Just Wanna Feel Okay Again” to the high-energy LGBTQ+ pop-punk anthem “Scream It to the Whole World.”
Beyond music, Abigail has established herself in the acting world. She has appeared as Wendy in Hulu’s “Love, Victor,” with roles in NBC’s “This Is Us” and Netflix’s “American Vandal.” Most recently, she stars alongside Bryce Hall and Hannah Stocking in the 50 Cent-produced horror satire “SkillHouse,” set for theatrical release April 25, 2025.
In this interview, Abigail discusses navigating the music industry as an independent artist, balancing two careers, and why she refuses to conform to expectations.
