The Weeknd “False Alarm” video is a must Watch! “explicit content” and “graphic violence” is not an exaggeration
The parental advisory warning for “explicit content” and “graphic violence” is not an exaggeration
The Weeknd has shared the new music video for “False Alarm,†the second single off his upcoming album Starboy. Directed by Ilya Naishuller, it begins with a parental advisory warning for “explicit content” and “graphic violence.” It is not an exaggeration: The video features very bloody, very violent scenes of a bank robbery. Watch it above, at your own risk.
Starboy, out November 25, is the follow-up to the Weeknd’s 2015 album Beauty Behind the Madness. He previously released the title track featuring Daft Punk, as well as its video. That video notably nabbed an MTV EMA nomination before it was even released.
