VERSUS “Life In The Shade” US Tour with AFFIANCE in March 2016

After touring for 6 years as the act “Lakeview Drive” and releasing 4 records during that time the band known now as VERSUS has got lots of experience & miles under their belts. Lakeview Drive has shared the stage with different acts from Ryan Cabrera, Rookie of the Year, Deleasa, The Nearly Deads, Sparks The Rescue, to harder acts such as; Ionia, For All Those Sleeping, Capture The Crown, and many others. At the end of 2014, we began our relationship with Mike Mowery of Outerloop Management.

After dealing with the industry fog from Lakeview Drive, we and Outerloop mutually agreed that the best possible move for the future was a rebranding of sorts. Thus, we became known as “Versus”. Immediately following these events, we entered the studio with veteran engineer, Casey Bates (Memphis May Fire, Chiodos, Pierce the Veil, A Skylit Drive, etc.) to begin work on our upcoming record. This, along with a refreshing influx of ideas from our team at Outerloop, we have never been closer to achieving a dream that we’ve sought after for so many years. With all this being said, we couldn’t be any more excited to launch the “Versus” project and cannot wait to begin this next chapter as a band and as individuals.
