Trina “Damn!” (ft Tory Lanez) “take their booty anthem to the strip club in this video”
Trina and Tory Lanez take their booty anthem to the strip club in the video for “Damn.”
With a bevy of beauties twerking and flipping acrobatic moves onstage, Tory celebrates a “pretty a**” that keeps people staring while strolling through the strip club’s locker room.
According to Trina, it was important to film the visual with “realistic” women. “I wanted the visuals to be fun, diverse, and realistic with the women that was portrayed in it,” she told Complex. “Strip clubs, the atmosphere, the music – this is all apart of our culture daily! Seeing women of all shapes and curves who are confident in their own skin…with their own flaws, yet still can turn heads.”
Describing her work with Lanez, she added: “The chemistry amongst Tory and I was positive as we work great together when we collab.”
The new single and video features Grammy-nominated Toronto-based rapper, Tory Lanez. Tory, who was also at the video shoot, served as a co-Director of the upcoming video.
“Damn” is taken from Trina’s upcoming album, “I’m super excited. I came all the way to Philly to shoot this video because Tory is on tour, and I had to make it happen. Damn is going to be a huge record to start off the new year, and we are so excited,” Trina said. “We are so happy and grateful for Tory to be on this record.
