Noble Lyfe – Who Is This Fast Rising Talent?! Exclusive interview with Exposed Vocals
Noble Lyfe is a Brooklyn native that has lived in various parts of New York throughout his life, curating his diverse and unique sound. After the recent release of Noble Lyfe’s song “Stella”, people started to show him some attention seeing as how his “feel good” vibe seamlessly mixed with his lyricism and story telling.
It is no secret that Noble is not afraid to be different and truly express his persona as well as his message to those who listen. Noble has I’m looking to release a song every month for the next few months maybe leading up to an EP.
EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW
Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
Well when people ask me where I grew up I usually just say New York because I’m one of those kids who moved around a lot. I was born in Brooklyn but then shortly after moved to Rosedale Queens, then Manhattan, then Saint Albans, then Jamaica Queens, then from 8th to 12th grade I lived in Brentwood Long Island. If I had to choose one place that’s where I say I’m from since my love for Hip-Hop grew the most during those years. That’s where I figured out I wanted to make music.
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
A lot of those services claiming to put together shows for unsigned artists are very flawed. Find the dopest local venue in your city, ask your parents or pull together with your friends and rent the space out, throw a party and perform there.
Exposed Vocals: Do you ever make mistakes during performances? How do you handle that?
Not really. I mean there’s been a time where I forget a word for a second or so but I just pick back up where I left off. My biggest advice there is to practice and stay confident.
Exposed Vocals: Do you tour? Anything interesting happen on tour that you think our readers would enjoy hearing about?
Sadly I haven’t been on tour yet, hopefully after these next few songs drop I can find a booking agent to work with and start touring.
Exposed Vocals: Any planned studio upgrades? What are you working with now?
I record out of an amazing studio in Long Island, so I really can’t answer this. Sorry, but shout-out Juan my engineer.
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
I just use my personality to promote my music. Or course social media adds to it but I just try to use my personality because if you fake it and make it, you gonna have to continue to fake it once you’re on.
Exposed Vocals: If you could perform anywhere and with any artists (Dead or Alive) where and who would it be with? Why?
If I could perform anywhere it would be MSG because I’m from New York and thats a huge accomplishment for any artist from here. And if I could perform with anyone it would be Michael Jackson, musically he was always been an inspiration to me, the dedication and the way he prepared was unreal.
Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
What’s next? I want to consistently put out music and show people how versatile I am. I’m trying to release a single a month. I have a feature coming out this Friday with Theddy. Then March 2nd I’m releasing my next single “Different Flex” Prod by Theddy
Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
Can’t answer that. This is all I want about doing, there is no plan B just plan A.
Exposed Vocals: What should fans look forward to in the next year or so?
The fans should look forward to a lot more music, a lot more show, and more interactions. My team and I are always thinking of new ways to interact and get closer with the fans.
Exposed Vocals: Any Shout-outs?
Yes, I want to shout-out and thank my family, friends, and the Fans. Wouldn’t be here without any of them.
