New Video! TRINA “Boy”
Since the announcement of Trina’s recent venture for her record label, Rockstarr Music Group with Penalty Entertainment (Sony Red Distribution), fans have been in suspense about her gifted role and musical direction as a hip-hop/female rap artist. The moment that fans have been anxiously waiting for, has finally come! The Platinum Recording Artist, Trina, and Executive Producer, Rico Love, formulated a re-creation of hip hop legend, Eazy E’s, “Boyz N The Hood” in her newly released track entitled, “F**k Boy” from the emcee’s upcoming sixth studio album.
Grammy Award Winner, Rico Love, explains his artistic direction on the new single, “I wanted to give Trina a record that was aggressive and memorable. A musical approach to remind the world that she is still as titled “Da Baddest Chick!” A beat and flow that was familiar to Hip Hop while grabbing the listener instantly in its melodic form. Trina’s introduction to the music scene came in 1998 when she was featured with Trick Daddy on the anthem “NANN,” and her career has skyrocketed ever since. With albums such as Da Baddest Bixxh (2000), Diamond Princess (2002), Glamorest Life (2005), and Still Da Baddest (2008), Amazin (2010); Trina delivers aggressive, mind blowing lyrics with a musical style that can never be duplicated. First quarter (2016), the female emcee will introduce her new body of studio work- untitled at this time-that will embrace and celebrate a reflection of her past, present and what the future holds musically under the RMG imprint.
