New Music Video! Gayla James “Love Letter”
Gayla James is a recording artist from Fort Myers FL, where she began singing at the age of 3. With a blend of urban, R&B, jazz and pop gospel, she creates a unique style that everyone can relate to.
Gayla recorded her first independent album in 2003 entitled “Never Ending Praise” and later released her sophomore project “Broken” which has been nominated for numerous awards across the country. She has since become the CEO of her own record label Mackel Records while her music has seen airplay all around the world.
She has shared the stage with many icons of gospel music such as Marvin Sapp, Earnest Pugh, Kirk Franklin, Vickie Winans and many more. Gayla has performed twice on Dr. Bobby Jones Gospel Show on BET and has been featured on Lee Pitts Live on Fox 4.
Gayla James is doing what others say can’t be done, she believes you can achieve your dream by being consistent and passionate about your gift. Gayla James is the heart and soul of her music.

About The Video:
“My experience shooting the “Love Letter” video was breathtaking. I enjoyed singing in this video because the song was my own composition. The directors and actors was fun to work with. There were many bloopers also, there was one particular scene where my husband got upset and tried to run out the door, but it was jammed, and he couldn’t open the door, that was hilarious. Even this was my second video shoot, I still was kind of nervous, but the director Varr Pray and Lady kanada of Camera House Productions made the experience fun and amazing.
This song is intimate and is a personal to me, it simply says ‘this is my love letter from me to you Lord, and I just wanna tell you how much I love and adore you!’ ”
