Jon Martin is an artist, dj and music producer of pop, rap and electronic music, raised in Rome in Italy and born in Brazil begins his career in 2005. His collaboration with prestigious singers like “Niles Mason”, Kate Wild” and rapper “SWAY”. In Summer 2018 has released a music video for the song “Invincible” feat. Jon Martin is an Italo-Brazilian born of a Brazilian woman and an European Italian man after birth he was adopted by an Italian family and grew up and lives in Rome, Italy. For two summers living in Birmingham and London. Inspired by the American rap and urban scene in 2006 he created the rap project “MC Double Project” or “MCDP”. From a young age made up the first loops and beats with the first samplers as Akai MPC60, Korg Electribe R and analog synthesizerssuch as Yamaha, Nord Keyboards, Juno-60. The father was born in Sicily and his mother in northern Italy, but both moved to Rome. His debut album “Shine – EP” is a mix of house sounds, pop, accompanied by an electric guitar riff that recalls the rock sound. His remixes are sometimes influenced by ambient sounds, atmospheric but also sounds like progressive house or dub-step, in fact, in his official remix of “Shine Remixes” the original song is influenced by ambient, dub-step and electronica.
