Exposed Vocals just sat down with “2TALLIN'” [Exclusive Interview]
2TALLIN’ was started by Travis Huff (6’8) after discovering his passion for producing and performing music that was different. My goal was to take it back to my old school roots but with futuristic new school vibes. The end result is music that pushes all genres of pop, hip-hop/rap, rock. Why 2TALLIN’? The name was developed from my unmistakable height. People always are saying you’re so tall?? Do you play in the NBA? So therefore….2TALLIN’ captures my most recognizable asset. My on-going goal is to take money profited from our music and give it directly back to empower future generations of musicians with instruments, recording time, songwriting, and promoting their music.
2TALLIN’ has been licensed into ABC Television, QuickSilver, Akami, and Billabong. Currently we’re working with agencies (Playup Music, ADM) to license our music.; but we’re always looking for more partnership & exposure opportunities.

Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
I grew up and still live in my Hometown Fresno, CA ….. I love MUSIC, and I started exploring my journey in 2007 as a hobby and It’s never stopped growing since then!
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
First build your followings on social, and email…. second you have to constantly produce music, and most important you have to have the will power to never give up!
Exposed Vocals: Do you ever make mistakes during performances? How do you handle that?
Everyone makes mistakes…. In almost all cases you have to just keep vibing on the record and move on 😉
Exposed Vocals: Do you tour? Anything interesting happen on tour that you think our readers would enjoy hearing about?
I use the internet to get my music out to the masses… and I’m a husband and business owner so touring doesn’t make any sense at this point in my journey until the money is right!
Exposed Vocals: Any planned studio upgrades? What are you working with now?
ProTools, and Blue Bird Mic… right now I’m also just making a lot of music/instrumentals for other artists, and trying to move beyond my own artistry. I’ve been building my catalog
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
Social Media Communities, Social Media Ads, Blogs promotions
Exposed Vocals: If you could perform anywhere and with any artists (Dead or Alive) where and who would it be with? Why?
Coachella with Michael Jackson would be my DREAM
Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
I have a new huge LOVE song out now called Next to Me… it’s about falling in love with your soulmate
Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
I make music as a hobby… so as an artist I would be making art, doing my Podcast The Be Real Show 😊
