Exposed Vocals: How did you hear about Exposed Vocals? What made you decide to sign up?
Cydexx: It was through twitter…I saw how it has been helping publish artistes..Especially the upcoming artistes.
Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
Cydexx: I grew up in Lagos,Nigeria.A family of four kids.I actually started music in 2011 but professionally in 2014..I’ve always had a passion for hip-hop music right from my childhood and rap has always been a way I express myself whether on paper or in my head..
Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?
Cydexx: It was given to me by a friend(Magnum)in my high school days at King’s College Lagos.It was actually because of the way I played basketball then.
Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?
Cydexx: For an upcoming artiste like me it wont be easy to make massive sales if you dont strt with online music sharing.So yes its good because it helps in creating that awareness of your sound.
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
Cydexx: Well,just be you till the end.
Exposed Vocals: Do you ever make mistakes during performances? How do you handle that?
Cydexx: Yes,everyone does..but you just continue and act like nothing happened
Exposed Vocals: Do you tour? Anything interesting happen on tour that you think our readers would enjoy hearing about?

Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?
Cydexx:Its from the beat…I hear a beat,bars keep flowing..I might just start from freestyling to it then I gather words and so on.

Cydexx:None..I have straight up dope songs on my mp3 player.

Cydexx: Wow…i’ll just live life..
Exposed Vocals: Any planned studio upgrades? What are you working with now?
Cydexx: None for now..we’re just on our regular studio equipments.
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
Cydexx: Social media and Blogs work for me well I guess.
Exposed Vocals: If you could perform anywhere and with any artists (Dead or Alive) where and who would it be with? Why?
Cydexx: Hmmmm…L.A with Drake..L.A is my dream place and Drake is just Rap Magic to me.

Cydexx: Probably web designing

Cydexx: It was Eminem’s “Encore”..That was because im a fan and I knew then what Eminem was able to deliver
