What do you do in the industry? I’m a writer/producer/artist specializing in writing and producing lyrics and vocal melodies for male and female singers and rappers.
WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO BECOME AN ARTIST? I never really decided to become an artist; my mom died when I was a kid and before she died she had me in church choir (I was 7 or 8 years old) and I really enjoyed it and when she died (I was 11) I began writing lyrics to the angelic sounds of that choral experience. Later, in my grandma’s house I put notes to the lyrics on the piano once my grandma introduced me with the song “Do-Re- Me” from Mary Poppins. There was no stopping from there
EXPOSED VOCALS: SINCE EVERYONE WAS A START-UP ONCE, CAN YOU GIVE ANY SMALLER OR LOCAL BANDS OR ARTISTS LOOKING TO GET GIGS AND AIRPLAY SOME TIPS?
Be sure to have a minimum of at least twenty (20) hours production minimum on all your tracks and they are of RADIO QUALITY. Get your social media ON FIRE for your music – send your music to as many radio stations and blogs as possible that might be interested in your style of music. Repeat this circle as many times as it takes until it happens for you!
EXPOSED VOCALS: DO YOU EVER MAKE MISTAKES DURING PERFORMANCES? HOW DO YOU HANDLE THAT? I keep going and pretend it didn’t happen. Not as many heard it as you THINK heard it – just keep going. In martial arts, if you miss a kick, block or punch roll into the next move and just keep going. It’s when you STOP is when you’re done for!

At present I’m creating in the studio with my artists and sending tracks to my label Sound2kill4 which has airplay with Radiodiego in the Netherlands. If all goes as planned, I’ll be touring next summer.
