Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
Hey I go by the name of Lil Icecream but you can call me Fatts or Ice Cream Jr.
Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?
In my hood they call my father Ice Cream he’s famous for havin cream. I grew up hustlin and followed in his footsteps and started getting C.R.E.A.M the older women in my hood started callin me Lil Ice Cream
Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?
Of course. I believe any artist should get paid for his work.
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
Network and stay willing to push harder. Never lose focus.
Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?
 I usually get inspiration from life I do different shit everyday. Im a club promoter so I know where all the events are at. I know what good music is at and what people want to hear and since I’ve been writing I know I can put good music out so I write what I feel my niggas will feel!
Exposed Vocals: Do you have a band website? What online platforms do you use to share your music?
No.
Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?
I would still work and write. I’d do so much get so high off life pour up lean party and freestyle all day everyday and after the year I’d put out as much good music as possible. Trust me there will be good music.
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
Networking and keeping myself around people who are interested in things I am interested in myself, namely music.
Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
 I am actually. I am coming up with a “Real Love” mixtape and I will be working with some artists that’s already in the industry to come out with way better music. Well not that my music sucks now I just need a push, so not to put my work don’t but I know people always want to hear something better than the last and that’s how I approach my projects.
Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
Painting.
Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?
Staying focused, eating right and getting good rest.
