Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
Bamo: grew up in clarksdale projects on the east side of Louisville ky. I was always good at rapping effortlessly and i realized that people really liked my music so I took it more seriously
Exposed Vocals: How did you come up with that name? What was your inspiration behind it?
Bamo: Well my name has been Bam since birth I recently got the name Bamo from my engineer since I been rapping. He said it fits me more.
Exposed Vocals: What do you think about online music sharing? Do you ever give your music away for free? Why?
Bamo: Online music sharing is a great opportunity for artists to get there music out. Yes I will give away some music to my fans for free to my appreciation to them because without them there’s no me
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
Bamo: Just keep grinding and don’t stop until you achieve your goals and stay true to what you believe in.
Exposed Vocals: Do you ever make mistakes during performances? How do you handle that?
Bamo: Yes I have made mistakes while performing you just have to improvise until you get back on track and don’t panic
Exposed Vocals: Do you tour? Anything interesting happen on tour that you think our readers would enjoy hearing about?
Bamo: I haven’t had a tour yet
Exposed Vocals: Where do you usually gather songwriting inspiration? What is your usual songwriting process?
Bamo: I get inspired by different things so I write based on how I feel so I really don’t have a set process it’s just about what makes me comfortable at that time to write
Exposed Vocals: Do you have a band website? What online platforms do you use to share your music?
Bamo: I use my website which is www.bamomusic.com and soundcloud
Exposed Vocals: What are some really embarrassing songs that we might find on your mp3 player?
Bamo: I don’t listen to embarrassing songs so none
Exposed Vocals: If you were given half a million dollars and a year off, what would you do? How would you spend it?
Bamo: I wouldn’t take off and I would spend it strategically So it will last
Exposed Vocals: Any planned studio upgrades? What are you working with now?
Bamo: I don’t have a studio at this time but I’m working on a mixtape and a couple videos now
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
Bamo: The internet works best for me cause its easier to expand your music
Exposed Vocals: If you could perform anywhere and with any artists (Dead or Alive) where and who would it be with? Why?
Bamo: I would perform with jay z in the yum center because it would shine a bigger light on our city
Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
Bamo: After ky mixtape I will be working on a album that will be number 1
Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
Bamo: I would be in the streets

Bamo: The first album I bought was dipset the red and blue double disc diplomatic ammunity it was the best stuff out
Exposed Vocals: How do you juggle the rest of your responsibilities while trying to stay ahead in your music life?
Bamo: I just pray about and go with my heart

Bamo: They should look forward to seeing the artist to do since jay z\
