Cast into the world with little more than his music and a strong will, Andreas slowly began reestablishing life on his own terms. Slowly growing upstate by teaching guitar lessons and learning audio engineering, at the age of 22 he was able to relocate to New York City and open his own recording studio in Williamsburg – his music began to blossom. He co-wrote and sang on A$AP Rocky’s breakout hit, “Peso.” He landed gigs performing as a side man with comedienne Sandra Bernhard. And he began performing regularly at New York City’s iconic Cafe Wha? as part of the house band. And he began his solo career in 2015 with his debut EP release, Technicolor Love.

The 2015 EP Technicolor Love gained great acclaim and success – the lead single, “Give It To Me” was featured on Sirius XM Radio as well as on Ebro Darden’s Apple Music playlist, while the music video for the song gained close to 200k views organically. Andreas continued to perform in and around New York City, gaining new fans and respect from the industry.

In August of 2016, Andreas released a single, “Burn. Build. Repeat.” through Sony RED/CEN, a more urban influenced track as Andreas returned to his hip-hop production work, while incorporating the rock and pop sounds that he closely identifies with. Vents Magazine called it “sexy, haunting and utterly awesome” while Paste Magazine cited the song as an “empowering anthem that combines energetic instrumentation and rock bombast with a soft, soulful melody.

“Burn. Build. Repeat.” was featured on Filtr’s Spotify “NEW MUSIC” playlist, as well as Filtr’s “Artists to Watch” Spotify playlist. By November 2016, the track had garnered enough acclaim to warrant Spotify to place it on “Discover Weekly,” leading the track to garner 75k+ streams, all while still completely independent.

Andreas is currently finishing up his debut solo LP and looking to release the album in the spring of 2017. New tracks that feature Andreas’ otherwordly guitar playing, along with his unique combination of contemporary sounds and energies paired with classic rock sensibility, the new album is poised to launch Andreas to a larger audience and continued success.
