Los Angeles based Producer, Songwriter, and Rap Lyricist DecadeZ has been a force in the West Coast Hip-Hop scene for over the last decade. Originally from Bakersfield, he has left his mark on the music scene from the Bay Area down to the heart of the music industry in LA. With a quick-witted brash melodic delivery, and edgy punchlines reminiscent of heavy-hitters like Drake and Lil Wayne, DecadeZ’s performance ability is matched only by his skill in the studio as a producer.
DecadeZ “Innocent” ft Too Short”
DecadeZ is a producer and artist with a passion for expressing self, love, and joy through the power of music. Over the course of his career, DecadeZ has collaborated with other industry leaders such as Tyga, Too Short, E-40, ScHoolboy Q, and Danny Brown to produce work that has garnered millions upon millions of views and listens, and he is constantly producing his own music.
From the time he was a young child, DecadeZ has been held captive by the power of music, and learned early on how to express himself through unique mediums no one else can provide. By the age of 11, his poetry was being collected by the Library of Congress, and it was also by this time in his life that he began envisioning a career in music. Throughout his teen years and early twenties, DecadeZ continued to hone his craft, forge his unique style, and seek producers looking for a game-changing young artist. After struggling to catch the attention of labels not willing to take a chance on a young up-and-comer, DecadeZ began making his own beats and struck out on his own. Fueled by his sheer desire to succeed and his burning love for the art of self-expression, it wasn’t long before DecadeZ began making solo appearance and putting his work out there, cultivating an audience that has today blossomed into a powerful following.
