Can’t Stop My Love by D-Prostylez Music Review
Demitri Carter aka D-Prostylez a music recording artist and a dynamic performer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin had designs on being a dynamic artist since the age of 10. Beginning with musical productions and plays at his childhood elementary school; by the time he reached his sophomore year, his interests in music escalated and the desire to focus on the development and perfection of his talent and skill kicked in. Being extremely versatile, and exploring various genres of music types from pop, R&B and gospel to bachata and dancehall.
In 2011, D-Prostylez performed live at the Latino Unidos program at his high school, which marked the beginning of his musical career. Collaborating with Ahead Of Time music and Flow Films Inc. led to his second live performance, igniting the flame that was already sparked since childhood. Performing live became the label for his expertise. By 2012 several projects were on the way and promoting his music became his main focus. In 2013 the initiation of several more projects and collaboration with DJ’s such as DJ Dee One, whom he has worked on several tracks with, began to further ignite his drive and desire to become a great artist and performer.
By the time 2014 hit, D-Prostylez had many recordings and experiences on stage and in the studio, producing and making video and writing musical lyrics that are designed to inspire and uplift the listener to “never give up on something you love so much”… is the direction that the artist designs his music to reach.
Can’t Stop The Love is a definite love song/can also be an alternative to a spoken marriage proposal. It begins with organ synthesizer keyboards and a beautiful piano cover is played throughout the track. Along with a reasonable precussions delivery make Can’t Stop The Love a magical tune. Clear vocalization with a powerful singing voice, with magestic lyrics that anyone can definitely relate to if they have ever been in love with a woman that completes the him. Having roots in faith and action and his desire that “through his music he can bring truth in order to make his listeners smile”… and enjoy. Being of multi-racial ethnicity gives him the advantage to reach audiences the world over. Moreover, desiring to “help those in need by giving back” to charities and donating proceeds to “help children with cancer”… along with ‘missionary work’, are his main goals. Quoting scripture verses, his favorite being from James 4:10 “humble yourself in the sight of the Lord and he shall uplift you”… sums up the main direction that the artist hopes his music and persona are purposely planned out for.
Overall, the quality of the track is exceptional and the delivery is exactly the way it should be… Perfect. Look forward to more music by D-Prostylez in 2015, as he continues to amaze his listeners and bring tears of emotion and smiles of joy to his many fans.
