Arkane releases visuals for single “Commandments” –
Showcasing those Southern gritty sounds on his newest album “Trouble”
Arkane is a southern rap artist, originally from Lafayette, Louisiana. To compare this artist to another would be impossible, as he doesn’t make a certain style of music, he appears to make all styles of music. Arkane is a phenomenal writer with a gritty voice and a charismatic delivery. To watch him work is nothing short of amazing, as he has the ability to creatively design a track from beginning to end within his head without ever having written anything down.
Currently, Arkane is focusing on the his latest album release of “Trouble” His sixth album, “FWM DON’T FWM” dropped in 2017 is an album that will surely open this artist up for additional great opportunities. Arkane began his career in music at the age of 13 initially as a producer, but quickly found his obsession with word play and a rapper was created. Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana until the age of 16 when he relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. At the age of 22, he performed on his first stage in Jacksonville at Hip Hop Hell and from that moment forward, the stage knew his presence.
Arkane has since performed at several events in Florida, Georgia and Louisiana to include opening for Trina, Ace Hood, Rick Ross, Young Jeezy and Dae Dae, just to name a few. In 2015, he starred in the movie Queen Pin 2 and got placement for his song “I wanna” (produced by M.Geezy) in the movie.
