There’s a lot of passion and character coming out with every single element of the track. – Let The Fire Burn by Riccardo Puliti of HAMMER MUSIC
The track in it’s entirety represents the title and the concept pretty flawlessly. Right from the start, everything crashes into action – there is nothing that gradually seeps into the mix, nothing that gently makes it’s appearance to enhance the piece. There are some well placed pauses, for musical emphasis, and that’s effective, still it’s loud and very present consistently.
There’s a very vintage rock sound to the music, the guitars are extremely experimental in the way the music has been expressed. The track is high energy at all times, and this creative play within the guitar parts adds to this energy immensely. The leading vocal sounds just right in this mix as well. The whole thing happens very quickly, leaving you feeling like something big just happened, but without the after taste of a melody or hook to keep you involved. The hook is clear, but it’s not one that haunts you after listening – which is a good thing – it simply fits really well into the feel and theme of the song, and it begs for you to seek out a live performance just to really be a part of the action.
There’s a lot of passion and character coming out with every single element of the track. There’s a creative freshness to it all, that nostalgia is present, as mentioned, but it’s not in the sense that you’ve heard this before. The song has a very now sort of vibe to it. The lyrics fly by so quickly that it takes a couple of listens to really get into that, but for fans of the authentic rock sound the music should do it’s job superbly and keep people coming back for more; therefore imprinting the lyrics in their minds after just a little bit of loyalty.
