Music Recording Artist/TV Chef Personality/Cookbook Author ready to take on the world!!!

I was born and raised in New Orleans, LA where he grew up around family of talented culinary artist and artistic performers. I grew up in the historic French Quarters of New Orleans where he first began to learn how play piano and singing. He began in the entertainment industry being casted as an extra for the movie “French Silk” featured actress Susan Lucci. I performed in many festivals and community based events including New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, House Of Blues, Essence Music Festival, Royal Caribbean Music Festival and so much more… I’ve sung background and have worked many artist including Chaka Khan, Yolanda Adams, Donald Lawrence, Daryl Coley, Karen Clark Sheard, Bebe Winans, CeCe Winans, Kelly Price and so many others… I’ve also been nominated for many music awards including NOLA Gospel Award, Blue Mic Award, Gospel Music Award and many others.

In 2005, I evacuated New Orleans from Hurricane Katrina with my family where and arrived in Dallas, TX which was home for over 6 years. I graduated from college with a degree in music and business and later received culinary licenses and certificates. I’m the founder and principal of several brands including Houston Café Inc, The Flaming Skillet Concept, Jitow Music Group, Jitow Productions and Soulful Chef Productions. I’ve served as Executive Producer of the Music Superstar Talent Search presented by Mathew Knowles. I’ve worked alongside music mogul and his mentor Dr. Mathew Knowles fpr several years and work closely with Music World Entertainment Group staff.

In 2017, I launched Soulful Chef Cooking Show filmed live in New Orleans where he is the Host & Executive Producer. I’m now a notable cookbook author having released my first independent cookbook “Soulful Chef Cookbook Volume I” under my Soulful Chef Company.
