Very few have been able to bring a song to life with their videos the way director Glassface has this year. He’s directed and edited the videos for Tunji Ige “Ball Is Life” and Lil Yachty’s smash hit “1Night” so it’s fair to say he knows what he’s doing.
Speaking on the video, tobi stated, “I saw a lot of bad videos this year so I just wanted to make a really good one. I’ve known Glassface now since I was like 5 years old and he’s the only one I trust to make my visions come to life. He also co-produced the secret new song I previewed at the end of the video.”
The video matches the playful nature of the song as tobi travels through an arcade, detailing his misadventures in love. There is also a snippet of a new record at the end of the video, produced by Facer, Glassface’s music moniker.
