Exposed Vocals: So tell us your story. Where did you grow up? What made you decide to become an artist?
I'm from a small town called Paris Tennessee, I was born and raised there but my mom moved us to Nashville and we live in Murfreesboro, Tennessee now. I started singing when I was Eight years old and I started taking it serious when I was as Thirteen. What made me want to become a musician/Artist when I realized how passionate I was about music, and writing and performing. I also made the one of the first cuts on the voice, so after I had my journey with that I started recording.
Exposed Vocals: Since everyone was a start-up once, can you give any smaller or local bands or artists looking to get gigs and airplay some tips?
Some dope musicians I know of in my Area would definitely be PrettyShy and K-Marzz .
Exposed Vocals: Do you ever make mistakes during performances? How do you handle that?
Any mistakes I've made during a performance would probably be, forgetting exactly how to sing something and a way I usually handle it is I just pick myself back up .
Exposed Vocals: Do you tour? Anything interesting happen on tour that you think our readers would enjoy hearing about?
I haven't started touring yet, but I can't wait until I do start. Going on tour is going to be a movie !!
Exposed Vocals: Any planned studio upgrades? What are you working with now?
Right now I'm working on my "Soul Child" Ep I'm so excited to share with everyone what I'm working on !
Exposed Vocals: How do you find ways to promote your music? What works best for you?
I usually carry business cards on me, I definitely use social media. Also when people make videos of them listening to my music I'll post those videos to promote my music !
Exposed Vocals: If you could perform anywhere and with any artists (Dead or Alive) where and who would it be with? Why?
If I could perform anywhere I would definitely perform at Coachella, or any type of festivals like those. I would love to perform with Miguel because Miguel is my idol, his music and a lot of the things he says in his interviews inspired me in ways other people just couldn't touch !
Exposed Vocals: So, what’s next? Any new upcoming projects that you want to talk about?
I'm working on my " Soul Child" Ep, There's going to be some beautiful music on there that I put my entire heart and soul into. I can't wait to share it with everyone!
Exposed Vocals: If you weren’t making music, what would you be doing?
If i weren't making music, I'd probably be teaching music !
Exposed Vocals: What should fans look forward to in the next year or so?
In a year or so, I'll be even bigger then I am now. Not to sound conceited I'm just confident that with all the moves I making right now and all the networking and traveling I'm doing, will definitely benefit in the future and help me reach to where I'm reaching to be !
Exposed Vocals: Any Shout-outs?
Shout out to exposed vocals for giving me this opportunity! And my manager tiffney Duncan, and of course my family and everyone supporting me. It really is the best feeling in the world
